The words of a language are powerful and deeply beautiful. Etymology, origin stories, cultural and anthropological evolution over time trace profound shifts in culture.
How the words are used, the syntax of which they are organized, is where art is born. Where poetry comes from.
In that sense, when I make a series of Hallucinations - each piece is a word around the nebulous of an unnamed emotional response. So each batch of Hallucinations is a poem I am performing through my hands, of a very specific way of being me at that moment in time.
